SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other U.S. territories and overseas islands.
Shipping Rates Shipping is free on all orders — the cost is already included in the product price.

Carriers We ship via FedEx, USPS, and regional postal carriers. The carrier will be selected based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Delays Delivery times may be affected by peak seasons, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
